Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) volunteers provide important support to communities during pandemics, infectious disease outbreaks, and other public health emergencies. Depending on local needs, volunteers may assist with disease surveillance, community education, medical countermeasure distribution, logistics, administrative support, and healthcare surge activities.
