20, 2011 A recent training at the Chocksett Inn in Sterling. About 100 members and guests from the Grafton, Wachusett
and Worcester MRCs shared a good meal, intermingled with one another, and enjoyed a talk by Dr. Hayden Duggan on the understanding
responses by victims and responders to a traumatic event.
January 17, 2012-
A second training was held with a special guest speaker, Jonathan O'Dell of the Massachusetts Commission for the Deaf
and Hard of Hearing. His talk was so interesting and so packed with information that it went beyond the allotted time,
but no one minded. A valuable resource if ever needed! Below is a link to his slides.
